Meet Chad Lagomarsino

Chad Lagomarsino, one of the leading commercial real estate brokers in the Southeast, has more than 15 years of industry experience.

Chad was a founding partner of Georgia Land and Commercial Solutions (GLS). Under his leadership, GLS grew into an industry giant which was empowered by over 700 licensed agents working in the Virtual Properties division. GLS was responsible for brokering and closing large tracts of land throughout Georgia. Chad has been successful in closing a variety of land and commercial properties. Properties include 8,800 acre timber tract outside of Athens Georgia to numerous raw land developments in Northeast Georgia. Before the real estate crash Chad owned and master planned 65 prime acres in Gwinnett County. At the time he had in place bringing the first indoor water park mixed use project to Georgia. Chad also has developed many small projects in the panhandle of Florida and helped raise financing for 2,700 acres in Pensacola. Chad’s company allowed buyers to pursue their dreams.

Years of expertise lead to new business ventures even in the current real estate market. Chad’s current focus is on managing The Land and Commercial Group (LCG). He is working to create new sales opportunities designed to meet the needs of modern buyers within metro Atlanta. With over 1000 Virtual Property agents, LCG is becoming even more successful than Georgia Land and Commercial Solutions. Its prime focus is on building a network of dedicated professionals trained from within to utilize social media and other forms of internet marketing to drive leads, negotiate contracts, and close the sale.
